Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of my products I do not offer returns. We offer refunds only and only if there is a defect to the item or you receive the wrong item. 

Damages and issues
I handmake and inspect every piece I make, but I am only one person and I am human so please feel free inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Refunds are subject to inspection of the piece. I will notify you once I've received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
