How do I care for my wooden product?
A little maintenance goes a long way with wooden wares! Here's some tips:
-Hand wash only, let air dry or towel dry right away, + do not leave soaking in water as this causes wood to warp and crack.
-Apply food safe finish, like my Wax + Oil finish. This finish will condition and maintain the wood's integrity to extend the lifetime of your piece. A dried out piece of wood will absorb food smells and crack faster. Wipe wax onto wood, let sit for 20 minutes, then wipe off the excess (a little goes a long way).
-Don't use oils like olive oil or vegetable oil as they go rancid and that's bad news for your piece!
-Generally applying a coat every 3 months is a good schedule for maintaining pieces being used day to day. Coarser grained wood, like oak, could need reconditioning sooner than a finer grained wood, like walnut or cherry.
-If your piece gets a little fuzzy or gets a small ding in it, you can grab 120 grit sandpaper and do a quick touch up, and then re-apply finish on your piece.
-Not dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, or oven-safe.
How do I care for my everlasting floral piece?
Everlasting beauty will last many months + years if proper care is taken. Hang your piece in a cool, dry space. Avoid hanging in direct sunlight, as this can cause more color bleaching to occur. Some fading can be expected over time, that is natural, but your piece will bring natural color and wild texture to any space placed in.

How does shipping work?
At this time, we cannot offer shipping of our soaps or candles to the United States. If you have any questions about this please contact us here or email us at email@example.com.
All packages are shipped Canada Post. My shipping costs cover shipping and packaging costs, and that's it, no additional charges hidden in there. Any additional fees with customs or extra charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered packages. If any of this should happen, please contact us ASAP and we will get in touch with Canada Post and try to help you. Shipping times vary depending on location, within Canada takes approximately 3-14 business days and the United States takes approximately 5-15 business days.

Do you do returns or exchanges?
I do not have a policy for returns and exchanges; all sales are final.
In the rare occurrence of a lost or damaged shipment, I must be notified within a week of the package’s arrival (or within a month for a lost package), at which point a reimbursement claim may be filed.
